Our Culinary Employment Trainees received their Food Handling Certification Course from “BacOff Food Safety & Hygiene Training and Consulting”. The instructor was sensitive to their communication challenges because they were newcomers with English as their second language. The course was delivered with sound knowledge in an organized manner.

A “Food Handling” booklet was distributed to each trainee, which was very helpful during the delivery of the course, and for at-home study. The result was that the trainees’ confidence was increased and most importantly they feel prepared to follow food safety practices in their future employment.
