BacOff Food Safety & Hygiene Training and Consulting strives to offer a food handling training course that is easy to understand and will provide the knowledge required to ensure food safety in the food retail/food service industry as well as at home resulting in a Food Handler Certificate.

Bylaw 678-2006 requires that the owner/operator of food establishments ensure that there is, at all times when the establishment is operating, at least one (1) certified Food Handler working in a supervisory capacity in each area of the premises where food is prepared, processed, served, packaged or stored.
We provide Food Handler Certification Courses accredited by Toronto Public Health.
Course and exam are in English. Students are required to read and understand the basic English language.
Courses are followed by exams.
Test results are available within 1 week.
